My thoughts of the Introductory Course

I have enjoyed very much participating in the Introductory course. I’ve learned quite some new things – about Finland and Finns, Hofstede’s four cultural dimensions, I got some great proposals of online courses I could join. But most of all, I enjoyed socializing with people from all around Europe and even other countries. I was also reminded of how ethics are important in online communication and that teamwork is sometimes the only way to get things done. If everybody doesn’t give out their best, it is hard to do the work and complete certain tasks.
I would like to thank all of my colleagues that were with me in this course, I’ve enjoyed it very much. I want to thank also to our tutor Kristina for her help and guidance and of course all of the people at VM project, that made this course possible. I would love to participate at any other course within this project, anytime!
Greetings to all,
Nina Sedej Alberto

Good choice

Joining the Introductory Course was a very good decision for me. I liked the whole concept very much and wish that I could have interacted more with other students. Now I can picture what it would be like during a VM student exchange in a real course and taking part in Introductory course made me interested in taking one.
I would be very thankful for an opportunity to take at least one of the subjects from my study programme within a VM program.

My expirience

VM was really a great experience. I managed to learn how to use different types of education environments. I also meet some other cultures and found some really interesting things about other nations. I find quite interesting how we all adjust English into our own national ‘English’. It was new, nice and useful experience.

astray and sometimes coming elsewhere

Working at the Introducery Course for Virtual Mobility was astray in a strange forest, sometimes finding a new insight and specially struggling with my (lack of) patience with the jungle that internet is. Most important I discover is the many online courses that excist and the experience of communicating in English. I will soon look for a appropiate online cours.
